Founder Anthony Jolly has been in the coffee business for over 20 years. He is self-taught every step of the way, including living on coffee farms in Ethiopia for years analyzing the best coffees, perfecting the art of coffee growing, harvesting, and drying, and teaching himself to roast in his backyard shed. Since 2012, Anthony has created personal relationships with several private coffee farmers to enhance the quality of their green coffee beans to specialty standards, while paying farmers above market prices. Anthony's latest project was co-producing Karkarsa Coffee from the Anfillo region, which comes from a woman-owned farm with 100-year-old coffee trees on 50 hectares of land.
