Homemade vanilla extract derived from whole vanilla beans and 80 proof alcohol, undiluted by water or sugar and made in small batches. Upon the vanilla’s completion, it is then bottled with an additional vanilla bean which will allow the extract to continue to improve and deepen in flavor through the life of the bottle.
