At Prosperity Market we operate with so much fun and joy that it might get lost that we are actually addressing several serious problems. We created Prosperity Market to be a solution! We are fighting the cycle of economic disparity and food insecurity in our communities while uplifting marginalized black farmers.

We are raising the remaining funds needed to complete our beautiful, custom trailer that will house all the products from our amazing black farmers and entrepreneurs! Just imagine the impact WE can have! This means our vendors can sell more, and grow and expand. It preserves jobs, creates jobs, and stimulates our entire local ecosystem.

Prosperity Market turns one this year and we have been working steadily to bring our farmers market on wheels to life! In addition to running our monthly farmers market pop-ups and other innovative activations, we are creating a mobile farmers market which will house all of our amazing farmers and food entrepreneurs!

Prosperity Market is turning one and it’s hard to believe that we have been at this for one full year! What a wild ride! 2021 was one big, real-time case study for us. We like to think of it as our Beta year. We documented much of our progress and we want to share our journey with you. We created this series, “Road to Prosperity,” to give you a glimpse into Prosperity Market.
