What is Misha’s Kind Foods?
Misha’s is a Plant-Based, Dairy-Alternative Company. The company was co-founded by Chef Ian Martin and Aaron Bullock and began operating in 2018. In that short time, it has established itself as the “Best Dairy-Free Cheese in the Market”. California has certified and licensed Misha’s as a Dairy Company which allows us to legally use the word “Cheese” on our Cheeses. Misha’s recently signed with Choice Foods, a broker who is helping to bring Misha’s Cheeses to the world stage.
What do we make?
Misha’s makes the finest dairy-free cheeses (cream cheese spreads and aged hard cheeses) in the market today. Delicious and healthy, made from a cashew and almond milk base and blended with various, locally sourced, fresh herbs, vegetables and spices. We don’t use vegetable oils, soy, fillers, starches, or nutritional yeast. Most of our competitors have gone out of their way to not make cheese. We spend every waking moment, and a few sleeping hours, making actual cheese in the traditional way. The difference between Misha’s and traditional cheese is that we use our own blend of cashew and almond milk instead of dairy milk. Everything else is just cheese. Our products are all lactose free, gluten free, paleo, keto, kosher pareve, and 100% vegan.
We are here to serve the large community of dairy-free people around the world who love and miss cheese. They include vegans, people who are lactose intolerant, people who cannot have dairy for religious reasons, and people who simply don’t want to consume dairy but still love it.
